It is related to the process of registering on the ALSE’s official list, the potential issuers who primarily want to raise capital through private placements and / or public offers. Issuer apply for listing to ALSE in order to quote for trading their securities in the secondary stock market by giving prospective investors the opportunity to cash out their positions. Listing on the ALSE can also be done in order to increase the prestige of the issuer.
